Coastal Vacations

One of the oldest of the 2-Up programs is Coastal Vacations.  It is a travel club, and it has a few flaws, mainly due to lack of a central infrastructure.  There is no real governing body, so distributors have been able to "de-value' the product.

This has led to a lot of discounting and people "selling" qualifications on ebay.

The bottom line is that the travel vouchers are filled with blackout dates and this product is available elsewhere for free on the internet.
